Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Telent. As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide guidance on technical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to improve infrastructure efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, and contribute to the development of technical standards and best practices.
- Education: Minimum BEng degree level of education, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
- Skills: Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of network protocols, server operating systems, and storage systems.
