Hours: Various hours available (evenings and weekends)

Salary: Up to £17.00 per hour

Contract: Self Employed, Part Time

We Are Swim is seeking a passionate and dedicated Swimming Teacher to join our team.

As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years, inspiring them to develop a lifelong love of swimming.

Your primary role will be to plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons, using our industry-leading swimming program.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that every child has the opportunity to learn to swim, regardless of their ability or background.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering swimming lessons that are fun, safe, and effective
  • Using technology to track swimmers' progress and provide feedback
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a premium experience for swimmers and parents
  • Attending training and team meetings to share best practice and learn from others
  • Ensuring the safe provision of equipment and adhering to safety standards
