About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Production Welder to join our team at Sterling Recruitment Services. As an Apprentice Production Welder, you will be responsible for welding structural parts using semi-automatic welding stations.

Responsibilities:
  • Welding with semi-automatic welding stations.
  • Fillet welds and full penetration welds in single and multiple layers with filled/solid wire.
  • Assembled structural parts according to welding regulations (WPS) and predetermined welding sequence.
  • Aware of welding station parameters and consider deformations and shrinkage.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with semi-automatic welding: HLO-45°.
  • Ability to weld in different positions.
  • Technical insight and understanding of welding instructions.
