About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Utility Infrastructure Consultant to join our team at Hoare Lea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering utility connections, diversions, and strategies for development projects in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver utility connections, diversions, and strategies for development projects in the UK.
  • Work closely with clients to manage the process of reinforcement, diversion, and procurement of utility infrastructure.
  • Assist on project delivery and support other team members on a wide range of building projects with their varying utility infrastructure requirements.
  • Ensure the standards of work and information provided to clients remain high.
  • Help mentor other team members and play a part in supporting the team to grow.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience in delivering utility connections, diversions, and strategies for development projects in the UK. You should have a strong understanding of the Gas, Water, Electricity, and telecom industry, as well as proven project experience of utilities in the construction sector.

You will be working closely with clients on challenging aspects and have a technical and commercial understanding of the industry. We recognize that not every candidate will have experience of every utility and will consider those with experience of one or more utility but with a willingness to gain knowledge on all utility services.
