Pool Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casual Lifeguard to join our team at Marlborough College. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our pool users and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the main team of lifeguards who work on a rota system between 0645-2200hrs Monday to Friday and 0645-1300hrs during weekends.
- Work by arrangement, on a casual 0hrs basis, to provide cover for the pool during these hours.
- Be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the pool and its users.
- Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and pool users.
About the Role:
The swimming pool is a state-of-the-art facility with eight lanes and a hydraulic bottom, making it ideal for a variety of activities. As a Casual Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our pool users and providing excellent customer service.
