This is a contract position where you'll contribute to our Reward and Benefits review by project managing the process and creating sustainable structures that elevate our current offering from good to industry leading.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project managing the reward and benefits review
- Building and maintaining a network of professional relationships to develop the best policies and plans for the organisation
- Drafting reward and benefit processes and communicating with key stakeholders
- Coordinating with other subject matter experts within HR and key stakeholders to secure approval of design changes
- Managing and owning ad hoc projects to identify and develop solutions within reward and benefits
- Acting as the primary subject matter expert for the HR team and their stakeholders to enable them to make decisions, interpret policies, and resolve complex issues
