Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Property Sales Progressor / Administrator to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for liaising with clients and updating them on the progress of their sale. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to update them on the progress of their sale
- Ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales
- Communicate with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other agents to facilitate the sales process
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients from start to finish
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all sales are progressed efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property sales progression
- Previous experience in sales administration
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Ability to build strong business relationships
