At Waters Corporation, we are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Clinical Systems team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the mechanical design of automated Sample Preparation products and current on-market products.

The ideal candidate will support the Mechanical Engineering Department in innovating new ideas and technologies, creating prototypes, driving project work, and delivering required deliverables.

We are looking for someone with strong technical design skills, experience in precision electro-mechanical assemblies, and knowledge of medical device materials and processes.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Electro/Mechanical Engineering and SolidWorks experience. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese would be an advantage.

This role will involve collaborating with suppliers to improve manufacturing techniques and cost-effective manufacture, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and complying with company policies and procedures.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of around $120,000 per year, depending on location, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
