About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Customer Experience to join our team at JBM. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and interpret data to drive performance across the business
  • Lead and coordinate teams across account management, IT, and data to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Take a hands-on approach to leadership and provide day-to-day guidance and support to the team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in a customer-facing management role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of leading small teams and managing complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Ability to work from home with occasional travel across the UK and Europe
