ABA Tutor Trainee

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an ABA Tutor Trainee. As a Trainee ABA Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism, working one-to-one and in small groups.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide individualized support to students with Autism, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development
* Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement individualized education programs
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA and VB

**Requirements**

* Passionate about supporting students with Autism and committed to their well-being
* ABA experience is desirable but not essential; graduates with SEN experience are welcomed
* Proactive and flexible approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
