Digital Marketing Strategist

LeMieux is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Data Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel paid media plans to achieve predictable and scalable customer acquisition.
- Advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, analyzing spend and recommending changes to ensure optimization.
- Manage the performance of multiple external agency partners.
- Coordinate across teams, departments, and external agencies to plan and develop creative assets for campaigns.
- Drive optimization through data analysis, defining key performance indicators, and building plans to deliver them.
- Create reports and provide analysis on ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns, and website traffic to optimize campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of major channels and platforms, including Search, Programmatic, and Paid Social.
- Significant proven experience in paid digital media managing a large budget.
- Ambitious, growth-focused mindset, with a passion for performance marketing and data.
