Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager (Electrical) to join our team at Employment Solutions Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating project requirements, including technical submittals and managing compliance documentation.
You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and project team to update progress reports and ensure project alignment. Your ability to monitor and enforce compliance with building regulations, standards, and health & safety policies will be essential in this role.

The successful candidate will have an engineering or electrical trade background and thrive in a collaborative environment where they can play a key role in project progression. They will enjoy a blend of office and on-site work, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date project documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project requirements, including technical submittals and managing compliance documentation
- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager and project team to update progress reports and ensure project alignment
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building regulations, standards, and health & safety policies
- Attend site meetings, managing RFIs, variations, and procurement support alongside the Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in electrical project management
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, standards, and health & safety policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
