This exciting opportunity is now available for a Senior Early Years Practitioner to join our Blom and Blom nursery team in Tunbridge Wells as a Nursery Room Leader.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative educational programs that meet the unique needs of our students.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of dedicated practitioners in delivering exceptional care and education to our young students.
- To design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and developmental milestones.
- To contribute to the overall management of the nursery room, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
