Senior Corporate Liaison Officer

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Executive Assistant and must:

- Confident and Outgoing personality
- Thorough attention to details
- Self-motivated
- Strong knowledge of all clerical activities
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Must have a full UK Drivers License
Key Responsibilities:
Meetings and CorrespondenceCreate meeting timelines, prepare and distribute meeting notifications, correspondence, agenda and materials, as well as subsequent updates or changes
Attend meetings and record and file minutes
Establish excellent working relationships with the CEO and Members of the Board of Directors in verbal, written, and electronic correspondence
Create mailings, presentations, reports for Chair and other materials for the board members
Schedule appointments and maintain Chairman's travel calendar
Prepare and edit correspondence
Make travel arrangements
Coordinate with regional teams to manage board travel activities
Administrative SupportProvide excellent record-keeping and administrative skills
Organize and execute all meetings and company events , while proactively managing them 3 months in advance
Responsible for managing the process for all Board meetings, including allocating additional resources
Responsible for recording all meeting minutes, distribute minutes for approval and posting the minutes for Member view.
Availability to provide administrative support for the CEO and Boards of Directors as and when required
