Competitive salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated sales professional to join our team as a Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Pandora, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling our unique and beautiful jewelry pieces.

The successful candidate will have strong selling skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team, and be flexible with your availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers.
  • Sell Pandora jewelry pieces and meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and offering e-receipts.
