About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Engagement Manager to join our team at the Department for Business and Trade. As a key member of our Technology Services team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and engagement across our digital estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital engagement strategy to increase the profile of our work and showcase new user features.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Services team to create engaging content and manage our digital presence, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice and support to colleagues on the effective use of Microsoft 365 applications, promoting a culture of digital literacy.
  • Design and deliver training programs to support the adoption of new Microsoft 365 solutions and processes, ensuring a smooth transition for staff.
  • Monitor and respond to digital engagement enquiries, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in workplace engagement, preferably within a digital environment, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and tools.
  • Ability to use engagement techniques to support the delivery of a piece of work and/or successfully 'land' change.
  • Organisational skills with the capability to manage emerging and conflicting demands in a changing environment.
