We are currently seeking a highly skilled Reception Teacher to join our thriving school community in Barnet, North London. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator who is committed to making a positive impact on the educational journey of young children.

As a Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that support students' social and emotional development, fostering a love for learning in a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
  • Provide individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues

**Requirements:**

  • QTS and EYTS qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons

Our estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
