About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced roofing and grounds maintenance specialist to join our team at Bromford. As a vital member of our Repairs team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality roofing and grounds repairs and maintenance services across our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a wide range of roofing and grounds repairs and maintenance tasks, including pitched, slate, flat roofing, and leadwork.
  • Use your essential specialist skills to diagnose, undertake, and complete repairs to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve value for money and quality standards.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standard, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.

Requirements

  • Strong practical skills and first-hand knowledge of the roofing trades.
  • Proven ability to diagnose, undertake, and complete repairs to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with customers to understand their needs.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full, clean driving licence and the ability to travel extensively across Gloucestershire and surrounding areas.
