Role Summary

As a Pupil Supervisor at Redcastle School, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment for our students.

You will be responsible for supervising pupils during meal times and breaks, ensuring their safety and wellbeing, and reporting any incidents or disciplinary matters through our online management information system.

Main Duties:
  • Supervise pupils in dining halls and play areas.
  • Monitor pupil behavior and take necessary action if required.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment.

This role requires the successful applicant to have an Enhanced DBS check.

Required Skills:
  • Ability to work effectively with children and staff.
  • Familiarity with online management information systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated annual salary: £26,000 - £31,000.
