About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Employee Incentives and Private Capital practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building the Culture: You will be responsible for setting the cultural tone and inspiring others through your actions. This will involve supporting strategic proposals and helping to embed change within the organization.
  • Delivering Results: You will achieve your personal objectives by understanding business plans and assisting their delivery. This will involve focusing your contribution accordingly, to align with overall priorities and implementing strategies that support their delivery.
  • Growing our People: You will play an active role in the development of those you have responsibility for. This will involve cementing your standing as an expert in your chosen area/sector, deepening technical know-how, commercial acumen, and sector/market knowledge.
  • Developing our Business: You will make a meaningful contribution to efforts to develop new client relationships. This will involve taking a lead role in the firm's efforts to protect and enhance existing client relationships, identifying opportunities to lead CRM activities, building your own network, and cross-referencing work where appropriate.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience working on reward structures and equity incentive plans
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Experience of effective matter management and business development activities
  • SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
