About the Job:
As a key member of our team, you'll diagnose defects, work safely to ensure first-time fixes, and provide professional advice on British Gas products and services. Your customer service skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to excel in this position.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in repairing and maintaining white goods, including dishwashers, washing machines, refrigerators, tumble dryers, and microwaves.
- Customer service skills and problem-solving abilities to diagnose defects and ensure first-time fixes.
- A full UK driving licence with 6 points or less.
