Full-Time Teaching Assistants Needed

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Full-Time Teaching Assistants to join our team in response to an increased demand this term.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners, providing essential classroom assistance, working alongside teachers to support learning activities, manage behaviour, and help pupils stay on task.

Key Areas of Support:

  • Early Years (EYFS): Candidates with Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in Early Years are highly sought after, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our youngest learners.
  • SEN 1:1 Support: Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential, particularly in one-on-one settings, providing tailored support and helping pupils to overcome challenges.
  • General Classroom Support: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and creating a positive learning environment.

  • Flexibility to support general classroom duties across a range of age groups, providing a challenge and opportunity for growth.
  • A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to complete a new one, ensuring the safety and well-being of our pupils.
