Job Overview

Comex 2000 UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Civils Operative to join their Gigaclear Instals team covering Essex. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for performing excavations; repairs and re-reinstatements; the installation of ducting, chambers, and street cabinets; and the installation of draw rope on telecoms infrastructure located within the public highway and customer premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide new installation of duct, chambers, and cabinets & associated equipment.
  • Clear blockages in the highway and reinstate to industry standard ensuring all information / pictures are captured on company supplied assets.
  • Install new draw rope to customer's premises prior to installation date.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NRSWA Units 1-9 Qualified.
  • CPCS Card.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Able to prioritise, organise and manage tasks effectively.
  • Proactive with ability to think ahead.
  • Positive and flexible approach.
  • Ability to deliver a quality service with great customer service.
Working Environment

You will be working as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external clients.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000-£40,000 based on your skills and experience. This includes a competitive package of benefits and opportunities for career development.
