Job Title: Female Personal Assistant – IDINCL

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and patient Female Personal Assistant to support our 17-year-old daughter who is visually impaired and has additional support needs. The successful candidate will work under our direction to meet her needs and will be accountable to us in all aspects of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our daughter with daily activities, such as going for walks and visiting the park
  • Assist with overnight stays in your home
  • Communicate effectively with our daughter, who may repeat things she has heard and not necessarily understand
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Respect our privacy and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Patience and good communication skills
  • Ability to work under direction and be accountable
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Respect for our privacy and confidentiality
  • A driver with a clean license is preferred, but not required
