About the Role

Warehouse Operative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative in Andover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing orders for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing Orders

Load individual totes into frames, which are then loaded into our delivery vans for our customers. You will also be required to sort and organize totes coming back to site.

Picking and Packing

Pick and pack customer orders into shopping totes, handling goods with care. This requires attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary

Starting rate - £11.76 per hour. Night shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £2.50 per hour. Overtime paid at basic x 1.25.

Requirements

Eligibility

You must be over 18 to apply. No previous experience is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Our amazing training team will do the rest.
