Job Description:

We are currently seeking a mid-level qualified infrastructure finance lawyer to join our team in the London office. As a key member of our deal execution team, you will be responsible for advising on complex and cross-border financing transactions, working closely with clients, colleagues, and other advisers to achieve transaction goals.

The successful candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating term sheets, facilities agreements, note purchase agreements, and intercreditor agreements. You will also have the opportunity to work on secondments with key clients or within other Ashurst offices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior members of the team to draft and negotiate legal documents and agreements
  • Liaise with colleagues, clients, and other advisers to ensure effective project management
  • Manage projects assigned to you and coordinate with team members to achieve transaction goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified mid-level infrastructure finance lawyer with experience from a major law firm
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:
