Job Summary:

The Global Manufacturing Execution Process Lead will lead the transformation of the Plan to Fulfill process within Pet Nutrition, focusing on Manufacturing Execution and Quality. This role will oversee the implementation of new processes and technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a transformation roadmap for Manufacturing Execution and Quality, aligning with Mars Inc. standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the PMO team to manage program workstream budgets and status reporting.
  • Analyze internal and external leading practices, developing a comprehensive understanding of the Plan to Fulfill process and its interdependencies.
  • Define and maintain process and control standards documentation for Manufacturing Execution and Quality.
  • Drive process standardization, ensuring consistency across the organization.
  • Partner with deployment teams to develop deployment roadmaps and manage the global template for Pet Nutrition Manufacturing Execution and Quality.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Digital Technology roles, including large-scale ERP programs at Fortune 100 firms in the CPG or adjacent industries.
  • Strong strategy, planning, delivery, governance, and people management skills.
  • Customer-focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationships with business leaders and project leaders.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in business-led transformations, IT program management, and SAP template build and industrialized deployment.
  • Deep understanding of the Plan to Fulfill process, challenges, and value drivers (preferably in a CPG context).
  • Thorough understanding of interlinkages and interdependencies of Plan to Fulfill with other business functions.
  • Experience in owning the end-to-end process in a large-scale multinational company.
