Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Projects: Manage ecology-focused projects or oversee ecological/ornithological aspects within broader initiatives
  2. Fieldwork & Surveys: Conduct and supervise ecological surveys, delivering high-quality Ecological Impact Assessments (EcIA) and standalone assessments
  3. Report Writing: Produce and review comprehensive ecology reports and technical chapters that set industry standards
  4. Licensing Expertise: Build strong client relationships, attend networking events, and represent the company at conferences, driving future business growth
What we're looking for:
  1. Experienced Ecologist: Strong background in project management, ecological surveys, and technical report writing
