Veterinary Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Equine Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Vetisco. As a key member of our practice, you will provide exceptional care and service to our clients and their pets.
About You- You have excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- You are able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a passion for delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week. You will be responsible for managing payments, future bookings, and coordinating daily routines using an online booking system. You will also be expected to keep up-to-date with practice services and additional services available.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional care and service to clients and their pets.
