Liquidity Management Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Liquidity Management Director to join our team at NatWest Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing liquidity risks and delivering strategic recommendations to the board.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in treasury or banking, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. They will also bring excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving shared goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing liquidity risks and developing strategic recommendations.
  2. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver liquidity stress testing and other initiatives.
  3. Collaborating with senior executives and regulators to ensure overall readiness.
  4. Designing and implementing effective risk management frameworks.
  5. Communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Base Salary: £95,000 - £115,000 per annum.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in treasury or banking.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Bank of England and local regulations.
  • Proactive approach and willingness to lead innovation.
