Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Athena Healthcare Group Limited. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain consistent food standards during all stages of production and service.
  • Ensure adherence to HACCP procedures and quality control systems.
  • Purchase food and related products from nominated suppliers.
  • Achieve cost controls and minimize waste while developing well-balanced menus.
  • Hold a relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in catering.
