About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in delivering a broad range of advice relating to construction matters across various sectors, including housing, local government, social business, and charity clients.
  • Provide expert advice on construction contracts, procurement, and negotiation processes.
  • Support clients in addressing regulatory obligations and producing high-quality drafting.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for delivering construction projects.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's social purpose goals and objectives.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Projects Lawyer with a strong background in construction law and a passion for working with our specialist sectors. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience of construction work and a strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
