Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience in senior management roles in luxury hotels or wedding venues, with a strong focus on food and beverage operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong financial understanding and analytical skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and cost management
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
