We are seeking a highly skilled Refinishing Technician to join our team at Superior Contracting & Maintenance. As a Refinishing Technician, you will be responsible for restoring and refinishing various surfaces, including floors, walls, furniture, and fixtures.

Job Description:
  • Restore surfaces to their original beauty using refinishing techniques and materials
  • Inspect and Prepare surfaces for refinishing, including sanding, patching, and cleaning
  • Apply Finishing Touches, including painting, staining, or varnishing to achieve a professional finish
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain Accurate Records of work orders, materials, and time spent on each job
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in refinishing and restoration
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • General Liability insurance coverage
  • Proficiency in refinishing techniques and materials
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Residency in the United States
Benefits and Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $62,500 - $77,500 per year, depending on experience. We also offer Net 7 Pay, materials covered, and flexible scheduling to support your work-life balance.
