Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Operations Manager to join our team in Brighton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing core software platforms to meet business needs. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize core software platforms to meet business needs
* Collaborate with departments to identify inefficiencies and implement technology-driven solutions
* Provide technical support, training, and act as subject matter expert for key platforms
* Develop scalable, efficient processes with department heads
* Drive process automation and integration across platforms
* Document and standardize operational procedures for technology use
* Research and propose emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency
* Lead evaluation and selection of new technology solutions aligned with business strategy
* Manage vendor relationships for optimal support and resource efficiency
* Gather and incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams to improve systems
* Oversee system administration, upgrades, and maintenance
* Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative measures
* Ensure software security and regulatory compliance

Requirements

* 3-5 years of experience in operations or systems administration
* Proficiency in business software like MS Dynamics (CRM), Monday.com, and similar platforms
* Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills
