Job Title: Skills Bootcamp Trainer / Engineering Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Skills Bootcamp Trainer / Engineering Instructor. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our Engineering Skills Bootcamps across various locations.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, fluid power, quality control, CAD, and automation. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our learners receive the best possible education and support to succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, fluid power, quality control, CAD, and automation.
  • Assess learners' skills and knowledge to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Provide individual support to learners to help them overcome any challenges they may face.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and improve our training programs.
  • Ensure that all training sessions are delivered in a way that is engaging, interactive, and inclusive.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering educational sessions or workshops, particularly in STEM subjects.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex principles at various levels to different audiences.
  • Strong understanding and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering Level 3 (A-Level Equivalent) training courses.
