We are seeking a skilled conveyancer to join our team and support on all aspects of residential property transactions.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a legal assistant or paralegal looking to progress their career in conveyancing.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months' experience working in a conveyancing role and possess excellent people skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting on all aspects of a residential conveyancing caseload
  • Completion of standard forms (including Land Registry and SDLT forms)
  • Drafting, reviewing and amending materials, correspondence and documents

Requirements

  • At least 12 months' experience working in a conveyancing role
  • Excellent people skills and ability to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues
  • Comfortable with an office-based role in a friendly and supportive environment
