About the Role

Fleet Tutors is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Tutor to join our team of professionals. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tuition to students in need of academic support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective tuition sessions to students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with students' guardians/teachers to ensure their academic success.
  • Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance through our virtual learning platform.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's level degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6 months UK teaching/tutoring experience.
  • Live and be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Willing to undertake a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and referencing process, as well as subscribing to the DBS Update Service.
  • A commitment to safeguarding.
  • Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other complex requirements.
