  • Ensure the efficient operation of packing lines, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact production.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Lead product changeovers, coordinating with the team to ensure a seamless transition and achieving set targets.
