Job Title: Senior Project Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in Gloucestershire, Bristol, and Wiltshire. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for commercially managing 2-3 projects simultaneously, managing subcontractor payments, take-offs, variations, CVR's, and final accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontractor payments, take-offs, variations, CVR's, and final accounts
  • Commercially manage 2-3 projects simultaneously
  • Maintain accurate records, control and reconcile costs and value, report variances against agreed performance, compliance, and finance targets
  • Be involved in a review of current procedures and processes and assist in the implementation of new and revised processes where required

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial awareness and acumen
  • Degree, or similar, in Quantity Surveying
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office incl. Excel and Word
  • A valid UK driving license
