We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team at Boston Endeavour Academy, a values-driven school committed to maximising the learning and development of its students.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will form close relationships with students, teachers, and other support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with lesson planning, delivering tailored support to students, and helping to monitor their progress.
About the Role:- Work closely with teachers to create engaging lesson plans
- Deliver targeted support to students with diverse needs
- Contribute to regular progress monitoring and reporting
- Maintain accurate records and databases
