**Financial Leadership Opportunity**

Global People Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our client, a rapidly expanding automotive company. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring its continued growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the complete accounting function, including monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Support budget and forecast processes, ensuring accuracy and timely financial information.
  • Manage and lead a team of two Finance Assistants, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
  • Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and standards.
  • Work with various departments to aid in financial decision-making.
  • Utilize Autopart/Mam and Xero for daily operations and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively in both Russian and English, both written and verbally.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience as an Accountant with proficiency in Russian.
  • Strong accounting management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
