Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Law Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Law Specialist to join our dynamic In-House Legal Team at Anglian Home Improvements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal support and guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and contract law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research on corporate governance, compliance, and contract law matters to support our legal team.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
  • Manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with all filing and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and update corporate records, including board minutes, resolutions, and filings with regulatory bodies.
  • Support contract lifecycle management by organizing and maintaining contract databases, tracking key dates, and ensuring adherence to contract terms.
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with various departments, such as HR, Finance, and Operations, to provide legal support and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and compliance.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and contract management systems.
