Technical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineer to join our expanding plastics company. As a Technical Engineer, you will work closely with the Production Manager, Quality Manager, and Senior Setter to improve processes, reduce waste, and optimize machine performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the production team to resolve technical issues and optimize machine performance
  • Contribute to the selection of materials and processes to meet customer requirements
  • Work with the quality team to ensure compliance with quality standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in injection moulding and plastics processing
  • Strong understanding of thermoplastics and plastics materials
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
