Position Overview:

As an Investment Funds Legal Associate, you will provide legal counsel to a diverse range of clients on various investment funds issues, including:

  • Establishment and structuring of funds
  • Management of investor relations and capital raising
  • Compliance with regulatory frameworks (including AIFMD, UCITS, and FCA regulations)
  • Transactions in private equity and venture capital
  • Restructuring and winding up of funds

Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to devise and execute effective strategies that align with their investment goals while mitigating legal and regulatory risks.
