A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned delay expert to join our esteemed client's team in Glasgow, working on high-profile projects and disputes across the UK and internationally.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have extensive experience in delay analysis and claim management, with a strong background in construction-related fields. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting senior staff on complex projects, analyzing project performance, and identifying root causes of delays.
With a strong motivation to progress in a specialist claims and disputes environment, you will be exposed to various planning software, delay analysis techniques, and expert witness services. You will also have the opportunity to develop and pursue claims up or down the supply chain, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities- Support senior staff on complex projects requiring delay analysis expertise.
- Analyze project performance and identify root causes of delays.
- Develop and pursue claims up or down the supply chain.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Degree-level education in a construction-related field or similar qualification.
- Extensive experience in delay analysis and claim management.
- Strong knowledge of common planning software such as Primavera, Asta PowerProject, TILOS, CEMAR, and Excel.

You will receive regular performance reviews, pay increments, and support to achieve relevant professional memberships and higher qualifications, such as a Master's degree in Construction Law. The company also offers an attractive salary package, including a basic salary of £65,000-£80,000 (DOE), 33 days' holiday inclusive of 8 Bank holidays, and a pension scheme with employer matching contributions up to 5%.
