As an Automotive Technical Support Engineer, you'll have the chance to transform the industry by providing real-time technical support to internal and external customers.
The Role:
As an Automotive Technical Support Engineer, you'll drive repair rate capability by:
- Supporting Phone Fix in Rescue Service Delivery Contact Centres
- Improving Roadside Repair rates with technicians working on behalf of Green Flag
- Providing real-time technical support and advice to Green Flag patrols
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as part of the Green Flag Phone Fix process, answering demand from contact centre advisors and connecting with customers in identified incidents
- Provide over-the-phone diagnostic questioning and advice to customers and advisors
- Be the first point of call for roadside technicians requiring automotive technical assistance
- Develop and author technical information for our platform
- Validate and govern technical information before publishing
- Assist in developing vehicle awareness training modules
About the Role:
This role requires a relevant NVQ level 3 or above qualification and motor experience in repair and diagnostics. You'll need to operate autonomously and with minimal supervision, striving for world-class support.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
