  • Keep abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor in the UK financial market.
  • Relevant financial qualifications (e.g. CISI, CII, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Existing client portfolio or ability to build and maintain one.
Remuneration:
  • £50,000 basic salary.
  • 25% fee split on warm leads.
  • 35% fee split on cold leads.
  • 10% fee split on Self-Generated Market Fund (SMF) leads.
  • OTE of £100,000 and above.
Additional Information:
  • Bank of clients will be provided.
  • Opportunities for enhanced commission splits on SMF leads when bringing in own clients.
