About the Job

As a Defects Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our aftercare department meets its objectives and maintains high standards of quality.

  1. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures across all departments.
  2. Track and monitor defects periods, coordinating responses with stakeholders.
  3. Respond to defects notifications within specified timescales.
  4. Identify recurring defects and intervene with management if necessary.
  5. Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.
  6. Carry out site familiarization and quality visits before project completion.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, with regular travel required.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement company policies and procedures.
  • Track and respond to defects notifications.
  • Identify recurring defects and escalate to management.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards.
  • Carry out site familiarization and quality visits.

The estimated salary for this position is £52,500 - £67,500 per annum.
