Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage.
  • Park guests' and visitors' cars with care and efficiency.
  • Ensure the concierge area remains tidy and welcoming.
  • Present yourself in a smart, clean, and well-presented manner at all times.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the hotel and its facilities.
  • Collaborate with the Head Concierge to maximize car park revenue.
